Terms of Service for Holihopper

Welcome to Holihopper. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Holihopper, including holihopper.com and any related features, content, and services.

By using Holihopper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Holihopper is a collaborative travel planning tool that lets users create, edit, organize, and share trip boards, itinerary cards, notes, links, locations, and related travel planning content.

Holihopper is a planning and organization service. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Holihopper does not sell, operate, or guarantee flights, hotels, tours, restaurants, attractions, transport, tickets, visas, insurance, or other third-party travel services.

2. Accounts and Access Links

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining access to the email address or sign-in method connected to your account.

Holihopper boards may be shared through links. Anyone with an edit link may be able to change the connected board. You are responsible for deciding who you share board links with and for managing access to your boards.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the travel plans, notes, text, links, locations, images, and other content you add to Holihopper. You grant Holihopper the permission needed to host, store, display, process, and transmit that content so we can provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you add or share. Do not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or violates another person's rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Holihopper. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to access boards, accounts, systems, or data without permission.
• Using Holihopper to spam, harass, deceive, or harm others.
• Interfering with the availability, security, or integrity of the service.
• Uploading malicious code, scraping at unreasonable scale, or bypassing rate limits.
• Using the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

Holihopper may show links, maps, places, activities, prices, availability, or other information from third-party services. Third-party content may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. You should verify important travel information directly with the relevant provider before making decisions or purchases.

If you choose to use a third-party service, your relationship is with that third party and may be governed by its own terms and policies.

6. Payments

Some Holihopper features may be free, while others may require payment. Prices, included features, and payment terms will be shown before purchase where applicable.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

7. AI and Automated Features

Holihopper may offer AI-assisted or automated planning features. These features can help generate, organize, or edit travel planning content, but outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-assisted content before relying on it.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Holihopper reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

9. Disclaimer

Holihopper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holihopper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, travel opportunities, bookings, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Holihopper if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using Holihopper at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated effective date and will apply when it is posted. Continued use of Holihopper after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
